HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Where your items are in stock we aim to dispatch ALL orders received by 4pm (GMT) the same day. We have no control over the postal services used and therefore can not guarantee how long deliveries will take. However, UK deliveries should usually reach you within 3 days of dispatch.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

ALL orders will be sent by means of a delivery service that requires the order to be signed for on receipt. Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. You can also track the shipment of your package by clicking on the tracking link that will be included in your shipment confirmation email.

Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately it is not possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CAN I COME BUY PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to process orders directly at our warehouse. We hope to be able to allow this soon, so please check back soon.

All returns for exchange or otherwise are only possible on prior agreement with www.olaf-benz.net. We accept returns for the exchange of faulty items or items that do not fit.
We do not accept the return of change of mind purchases and we do not issue refunds other than with store credit.
Where You wish to return or exchange any Goods, You must follow the procedure set out below:

  1. The Goods should be sent back to Us in their original packaging and with their labels attached;
  2. You should include with any returned Goods a copy of the invoice and a brief note detailing the reason for return;
  3. Where you wish to exchange the Goods please make sure You provide Us with full details of the Goods You wish to purchase in exchange;
